I was doing some search for some health related news for my class and I got side tracked by this and I thought it was quite funny. the Yokohama government is gonna have the Smile-Manner Squadron to set those young whipper snappers straight :lol:

Wow~ Thats such an interesting article/ development. I kind of wish America would try out a system like that on our transportation systems, too; there are so many more impolite, inconsiderate people here than in Japan~

I like to listen to loud music when I'm traveling, thats only antidote if you don't want to hear the people talking around you, or talking on phone or some Kidd's yelling. I like to fully cancel/capsule myself from everything around me. If someone tells me to turn my volume lover (it happened before) I just ignore it, if it's not some official authorized personal then I don't care.
