In the west standard cell phones have higher resolution than this, why can't the staff give them proper equipment for photos ffs !?

Japan has the world's best cell phone technology, that's why everything is done with cell phone rather than computer. In fact, many young Japanese don't even know how to use a computer (there was an episode like that with Reina in front of a computer, and she seemed really lost).
The result is, in every Japanese website, users can choose between a "computer format" or a "cellphone format". And since cellphones don't need much capacity, all cellphone formats automatically switch to lower resolution. Hence the poor quality of the pics when showed on computer site. Did I make sense?
