I doubt Reina being religious at all. And she's picking a lot of her accessories herself. It's just that crosses, skulls or beads are very popular fashion items in Japan. By the way, even if Reina were religious, she probably wouldn't be christian (Japan is dominantly Bouddhist/Shinto country).
