im not a of both, but judging from that pic makes mano way better not konkon. thats an awful pic of konno, whats whith the double chin and extra weight around the face.

At least for me. They both have a different kind of cute going on. Konno has an 'awww cuddly' cute going on while Mano has a sweet cute going on.
