From what I can understand:
"Niigaki-san, Junjun. 2 Shot.
Uchira saikou."
"Uchira Saikou" -> The one in the back is the best (I think) ;-)
Don't know about the two characters in the bottom-right corner.
EDIT: Apparently, that's "kawaii N°1" written in kanji. Didn't know that was the way to write it.
EDIT2: I've mixed up Uchira with Uchigawa. Never mind. *Goes away and hides*

Suffix -ra = plural.
