You know, maybe Gooch could probably enjoy the SNES more if she... just maybe!.. had a game in there or something.
I don't know about you guys, or you crazy people in Japan, but imaginative SNES wasn't exactly my favorite way to play the legendary gaming system.

All joking aside, that's Takahashi Meijin (Toshiyuki Takahashi) who is famous for being able to hit a button on a videogame controller 16 times in less than a second, hence the "16Shot" t-shirt he's wearing. He has a sort of cult status among Japanese gamers, and is an employee of Hudson Soft. In fact, he's even the main character in the Adventure Island series of games.
