It is Nacchi in her event in Taiwan... ICM's ShenShen and ReiRei are the MCs.

i could be wrong but i always thought Miki and Nacchi had some sort of resemblance .. like Nacchi could be her older sis

Hey! I thought they were the same girl, when I first started watching Momusu PVs! Especially in Go Girl! Koi no Victory! It took me at least a week to notice they weren´t the same xD
