Is this a new photo..? I ask because there is Kanna, and there is a new wallpaper image on Hello! Projects Taiwan site with that photo on it..just curious. :P

I'm pretty sure it says "cutie visual" at the bottom so this would be the cover for their new PV collection DVD

It's an old image used for a new product.
The image was taken months ago, but the DVD is coming out this month on the 24th. They had to use an older image because there are no newer group images with Kanna.

But why do they have to use old images for new product?? I dont think its gonna strain her foot to sit in for a photo shoot. This is what i dont get about this whole absence thing stuff like this. Something just seems fishy.

When you're absent, you're absent; not sorta-kinda-partially there but not really doing anything. xD
And I'm sure it was cheaper and easier. The image was already there, so why not use it.

If she's pregnant, she'll disappear, like Ichii Sayaka did from CUBIC CROSS, and like Mami of Sheki-Dol did (except here, the entire unit was promptly dissolved).
What I think is most likely, is that she will not return.
Why? She either has bunion or she does not. In general, the max away period for someone who has bunion is 6-8 weeks, but hey - I'm no doctor.
Kanna left C-ute 26th of February... She is not scheduled for any return either, she is lacking from new promo pics.
Maybe Kanna will graduate due to "health complications", or maybe like how Megumi graduated, because of her boyfr^H^H^H^"wanting to study"...

@ Krusha / everyone - Yes but that's a "Normal" wait time. For folks who only walk around. Kanna is a dancer. She is always on her feet and moving around. Plus have you tired to dance in shoes/boots like they wear? It hurts like hell. I have been trying to brake in a new pair of heels for my prom and it's a killer on the feet.
Most of the shoes the girls wear take a while to get use to but if there is something wrong with your feet nothing helps brake them in. You will always be in pain.
Most people have a waiting time and then a "take it slow and easy" time where they can go back to there jobs and everything. With a performer they can't do a "take it slow and easy" time - She has to be 100% better before they will let her come back. If they don't it can mess her foot up for the rest of her life. So of course they are going to make sure everything heals right and 100% before they let her come back.

What I said about pregnancy was a joke, but I do believe that the girls(especially the older ones) are allowed to do a lot, as long as no one finds out(pregnancy and marriage is stretching it). I live in Norway(not far from England where teen-pregnancy is quite common), and do not harbour any illusions of idols being single virgins until they "graduate".

I wouldn't be surprised either way to be honest. But I think a lot of Wota's like her..at least, from what I hear when she performs in concerts. XD That or there are a few hardcore fans that have nice lungs and vocal cords.
But I think she'll be back close to next year. That's my prediction. If she comes back..
