I get the whole half-hearted attempt at dressing the girls in school boy drag, or whatever, but what's the deal with the random anime people?

Seishun Bus Guide is also the ending theme song for an anime (http://www.hello-onl...act=tracker&... ). So they aren't completely random, just mostly random.

Those "anime people" are some of the main characters for Inazuma Eleven the anime for which Seishun Bus Guide is ending theme for.
The one in the middle is the School's Principal's daughter, the one on the left is the school news paper reporter and the one on the right is the school's soccer team manager, that's what I have understood from the first episode, hehehe, I haven't watched more so far so I might be a bit mistaken about the one on the right.

If you're going to quote me without providing proper citation there's no way you're going to get a good grade in this class.
And, I appreciate the synopsis, but simply telling me the song is a theme for a cartoon show would have sufficed. :-)

Ok! here is the fix: Seishun Bus Guide it's the ending theme for that particular anime (Inazuma Eleven) that's why those anime people are there.
First ending theme was Seishun Oden from Twe'lv!

I'm definitely feeling the strong/serious vibe from Chinami... O_O Saki looks better in the boy outfit with this hairstyle, but her pose looks awkward for some odd reason... Or maybe it's just me.
