Are you certain is the same girl??
I just looked through some of my pics of her and compared to the profile pic in NMB48 members section and I found IMHO that H!P Nana's nose is smaller than NMB48's Nana.
Although I'm inclined to believe since the resemblance is there.
It will be nice for a change to see these under utilized girls to be on the spotlight, hope some others would dare to change!

But yes I just saw some footage of the audition and it is her, she's even using a grey sweater that she wears in some of SI*NA/Happy Style pics!
She looks very good!!!
