^ That's because unlike Aibon, Nono is still semi in the limelight. Since Aibon isn't an idol anymore, she doesn't have makeup and hair stylists and all those jazzy people to make her look like she used to, except when she's in movies.

^^ Aibon looks older because she's a more serious person than Nono. She's trying to cast off her Morning Musume idol image wheras Nono seems to revel in it. And it's not true she doesn't have access to hair and makeup (lol)........her constant appearances on TV, in magazines, at personal appearances and in movies probably keeps a small army of stylists employed.
Aibon DOES have very thin hair...........nothing she can do about that except hair extensions, which she does use from time to time...........
