Sienen Mia isn't in this picture as far as I can tell. I went through one by one and tagged the girls I already knew, looked up reference pictures for the ones I didn't, and for the ones I wasn't positive on.
Theres a chance I still got one or two wrong, but I'm pretty sure the tags should be fixed now.
The picture is from 2008 H!P Shinjin Kouen Nov. ~Yokohama JUMP!~. Mia and Sayaka did not participate in that concert hence why they are not in the photo.
