New guessing game! Who is the member hidden behind Sayumi?
I think the one behind Eri is pretty obvious. I almost didn't even notice that someone was back there. And you can really tell the difference between Rika and Miki here: Rika's trying to look cute, while Miki just naturally is.

I thought first the picture where from Morning Otome Gumi first concert. Because the sailor outfit is almost identical with sailor outfit in concert. But they have a different red scarves around their necks (Iida&miki&rika had blue scarves) in that concert. @KonaKaga & Vulpi: I do believe you're both right. The ears do give it away.
@Yossi_love: From the thumbnail I didn't even notice there was Yaguchi in the back, which was the biggest indicator that it was her. Reminds me of Yaguchi-san's blog entry where we have to look for her in the picture.
As for whomsoever is the possessor of that hand and leg on the left of the picture next to KonKon, I have no idea at all.
Edit: Also if it was from an OtomeGumi concert, maybe some of those people wouldn't be there--Kamei Eri for example. The biggest clue would probably be from the things that they're sitting on.

from my point of view, i think it's konkon. my reasons: she's tiny & her hair is always in that style.
not sure though. i will find out who it is.
as for the hand-holding-mic guess......there's no way you can guess who it is.
