the main problem with the dress is that she's wearing it with heavy black boots. Also, it makes her look heavier because she's wearing another costume underneath

I think it's adorable. What you wear as an idol is not what you'd wear to the dentist office, or to the grocery store. You're supposed to look over the top and a bit absurd. Things that don't match, styles that clash, etc. etc. etc.
