it looks very badly PS'ed =.=;;; her eyes are unusually far apart and her outline of her face doesn't look very real .___.
that shirt says "2005 Hello Project -6%" so maybe old pic? with the small decline of h!p? D:

remember the -6% global warming thing back in 2005? kyoto, bush being an ass? that's the -6% thingy lol. and this is momusu and their ecologic campaign. the pic is just quite airbrushed.
