Uemu posted that she can't actually wink, so this is her fake or fraud wink. :) Probably ruined someone's fantasy of her walking by and winking at them, but I'm sure a smile would be sufficient.
She did also write that it is a goal of hers to be able to wink, so maybe with some practice she'll be able.
