I don't think the other lady looks like Miki at all... It's the chick playing Sandy. It's because it's a low-res pic with her standing so you can only see a side view of her face that you can't tell, but from head on you can see they definitely don't look similar.
This looks awesome, though. I can't wait to hear reviews. It looks like her badass character will really show through with the character Rizzo.
Also, for anyone who doesn't know... Grease the stage play is WAY BETTER than the movie, and also a lot different. It's raunchy, even sometimes a little gross, depending on how you interpret some things, and overall a lot more hilarious than the movie, which they censored to make it appropriate for kids when the stage play really isn't so much. I hope they convey all of these in the Japanese version.
