Yeah they are different...they kind of look like some was in a hurry and made it out of curtains and sheets...they are kind of cute though in a "dollish" sort of way...

I think they are quite awesome. The costumes look like they are for a live stage version of Rainbow Brite and the Star Stealer.

You're right! THAT'S what they remind me of! It was driving me nuts!
...and now I suddenly like these costumes a little more. That movie was a favorite of mine when I was little.
