Not sure, but I've seen other members wearing the shirts, like Makoto. I still say it's the yuke yuke equivalent of Momoko and Miyabi from Renai Rider. lol
^They might just be sponsoring, and this is in a way an advertisement to buy the shirt from the event.
I don't know, I see these all the time, but I've never really questioned what all of them are for... Sometimes they perform in them, sometimes it's a yearly sponsorship, and other times it's a random event that they're sponsoring.
