eh.. this picture is 5 months old.. there was no need to bump it. I really don't have problems with you commenting pics, everyone can, but this is really old. Unless can read and translate Japanese, there's no point pointing out something you don't understand.
To sum it up, they're pretty much saying that her dancing is 'captivating' and also she has a sexy bum xD;
