This is taken at Tsunku's birthday party, the man in the picture is Sawayaka Goro a comedian who has worked with h!p/ufa acts as host in concerts and performances.
Iida Kaori, Ishigura Aya, the Possible and Oda Sakura-chan was there too :)
p.s Fukuhime looks absolutely gorgeous, even more than usual if that's even possible
