The angle between her shoulders and buttocks is around 45°, which is why the photo looks weird at first glance, and the person who operated the camera during this photoshoot really deserves to see the hard end of an execution squad as soon as possible.

It still looks like some amateur photoshopper just put Momo's top half of her body on the lower half of a larger woman. Not just the rump, the thighs are too thick to match her body above the waist
