^ judging from L414's comment, they had smaller thumbnails back then. they made a new, bigger standard but the old ones got this blurry because they don't have enough pixels after being resized ? I could be wrong... I don't have any knowledge about such stuff...
I think everyone should give her more of a break- she's only human and she's made some bad mistakes (for an idol), but that doesn't make a bad person that deserves to be at the brunt of most jokes & insults.
I'll always be a fan of Kago no matter what- bump for a beautiful picture of her ^_^v .
