No, this is "Hashire! Penguin", by Team 4 - which was on AKB48's "Ue kara Mariko" single released 7th of December 2011.

MM's "Pyoko Pyoko Ultra" was going to be released on 21st of December 2011, but was postponed to 25th of January 2012 :)
