NMB48. And I don't know enough about Meimei to compare them like that, but Kinoshita first of all is ...crazy, and very extrovert.
Also crazy.
She refers to herself as "Kimowota Ranger" (she calls her fans "kimowota"). She also refers to herself as "Hentain Red Captain"...
Most of her drawings - which are quite good drawings - are of a bloody and gory nature. Add lolita to the mix as well.
And she's a huge otaku, and loves cosplay, another thing she's great at. She is also a perv, and she also calls other people pervs too.
And she's 15.
I am probably missing a lot, which is natural, because it's hard to explain her with just text. You really just need to watch videos of her and read her blog/G+ entries to get a better picture.
She's a very funny girl :)
