^ If you ever do a video personal ad, do it like the Marilyn Manson impersonator on MadTV. =P

Mmm... they have such nice feet. <3

^My apologies sir but I do not impersonate posers, and the act of impersonating in itself is quite a pose, which comes to be very poser-like.

^ Actually, you would be impersonating an impersonator, and as for Manson being a "poser"... have you seen his early "Antichrist Superstar" live performances? Black metal rockers have nothing on those, though I grant he has gone a trifle soft in this millennium.

Anyhow, I'm particularly impressed by the second and third from the left.

@Oikaze:

The stuff Marylin Manson puts out is alright, their music is hit and misses for me. To me he is a poser in terms of where he stands and where people and the media regard him to be as a symbold of Anti-christianity.

The Dead to the World tour has some fancy stuff in it, but if you think I am refering to theatrics when I refer to being true to the ideal you are mistaken. I do enjoy those theatrics, of course. XD

It doesn't take controversial acts up in the stage, only the goal in the message, continuity and compromise behind the music's message. A band just needs to go onstage and play their music and repulse indoctrination.

Marylin Manson has always given me the feeling he writes about himself, and, in his early works, he had to write about how mad he was with Religion. This is when religious people kick in and attribute Anti-christianity to a wave of anger, while the pushing back intrusive nature of religion is something that goes beyond, beyond oneself and one's current mood. Now what is Marylin Manson writting about? Even more personal stuff. That, of course is his bussiness and he is free to do it, but he is no symbol of Anti-indoctrination.

The key in Marylin Manson's Dead to the World tour was in production. The stuff he did there was pretty controversial, but nothing that could completely outshine the most fancy Black Metal acts we have had, as you try to point out.

This discussion is not fit for this place.

^You see their white dresses, revealing skirts and exposed legs? You are forced to think about Marilyn Monroe, the rest of the discussion developed from there. :P
