^ she does eat meat, i think. I remember her blogging about eating chicken on some fast food res and making meaty stew pies on cooking classes.
The diet is more about eating raw stuff as much as possible (especially veggies) since they are easier to digest and contain more vitamins and stuff.
She's more a fish/seafood type anyway, i think?

@glass
I think you meant organic diet ^_^;;
Koha still eats meat. You can't have a healthy balanced diet without meat.

zam: it's not meat, it's the protein you need, and you can get that from quite alot of non-meat sources.
mickey: ahh, i see. i thought she was vegetarian, or at least semi-vegetarian. (if there is such a thing)

^ yes, there are semi-vegetarians; in a sense.

They're called ovolactovegetarians (they eat veggies, plus eggs and dairy products)

WTF? Meat is a balanced source of proteins, iron, zinc, vitamin B, essential amino acids and many other important substances. You can't completely replace it with ANYTHING else. Eat meat people, at least a little bit from time to time.

lawrence: oh, i agree.

^ why wouldn't you? if koharu eats meat, that's great. i eat it.....not very often, but i do. and maybe it's the same for her as well.

I knew 2 vegetarians. Both had some kind of mineral or vitamin deficiency and have to take supplements tablets. So being a pure vegetarian is not that healthy actually.

^ i suppose. i know a vegetarian as well, and i've known her my entire life, and she's about as healthy as it gets. i tried it too, and i actually felt better not eating meat than i do now, eating meat.

Um...what is the difference between feeling (not) healthy and feeling guilty?

Cows eat mostly grass and they end up with lots of protein.

Therefore, vegetarians are cows, right? 8D!

@dofod: feeling healthy lets you live a longer "guiltier" life while feeling guilty lets you live a shorter, happier life :P

+1 tattoo fish XD

so i just noticed.... why is she still wearing make up when she's about to go to bed? XD

^ Rrmmooooooooooooo! I'm a vegetarian, except for dairy (I don't eat eggs because I'm allergic to them... or at least my parents suspect I am), and as you all know, I am living proof that this notion isn't true:

LOL
