Lehua is the only one who really pulls this look off. Ayaka is always so modest, like how she could hardly bring herself to do those dances Tsuji taught her (LOL), and Mika is so shy. Lehua seems to have a glamorous streak, though.

^ It'd have to be somewhere from late 2000 - early 2002. Meaning, after Danielle left but before Lehua left.
She just uploaded this on her twitter and said she was gonna start uploading her fave pics, past and present, every week. So we'll probably be getting a few more mystery pics that we don't know where they came from.
