This picture (and Reina in general) for some reason reminds me of Mandy from "The Grim Adventures of Billy and Mandy" (aka the best post 90's cartoon ever in my opinion).

^ I can't figure out why!!! It's the first thing I think of when I see it! I think her new nickname (for me) will be Mandy. Perhaps it's because despite the girly everything in this picture, she's not smiling. But then again, I've always kind of felt that way about her. *shrugs* Weirder the longer I think about it.
