So 23 is 18 years old.

^ 17 is against the law, at least where I live. Besides, my younger sister is 17 too, so that would be THE $%%zOMFG$%& ABOMINATION!!
But yeah, Aika is very pretty. And from what we saw in AH4, I stand by my comment that by the time she turns 21 she's gonna be total WOWZERS!!
