Just my personal opinion, but my interest in Charmy goes up and down with the color of her hair. I found her most attractive back in the Otomegumi days when it was almost pitch black.
This...I don't think it suits her. But hey, with a body like that, maybe the hair isn't a deal breaker for most people like it is for me.
