I would like to see some real numbers. I doubt that she's the least popular from all kids. And all of them, except Chisato, already have a PB.

Again I say that it could also be that she doesn't want one. Chisa, Junjun and Linlin are popular enough to have a PB yet they don't have one. It could be because of management for some reason doesn't want them to have one or THEY don't want one.

An idol "refusing" a photobook when she's already not that popular sounds incredibly stupid to me, so I doubt that's the case. If it is, then that's not very smart for an idol.
