Because Mano has dark skin and very round face.
When I see her, She reminds me of potato.
And in some pics like close-up shot, She amazingly looks like potato.

Potatoes are the most versatile of all foods, and also some of the most sustaining, cooperative, and deliciouss.
I have NEVER eaten a bad potato.
