Seriously. There are a LOT of puppies in the world, but probably (arguably) no more than one Mano Erina. What's a few dozen puppies a week?

She doesn't look like she eats all that much, really.
Edit: Besides, puppies make constant "yipping" noises, chew up shoes, and pee on the rug. Mano-chan just pees on the rug.
