Nayok is right. whoever's not recognizable are from HAPPY!STYLE. the ONLY way AKB could be on the picboard is if at least 1 or more H!P, NGP, or HAPPY!STYLE or Up-FRONT girl was in the picture with them. such as Mano Erina's award pics (if anyone remembers) and there was another one from a magazine where Sugaya Risako and what i think was Tokunaga Chinami was posed with 2 other girls.
(important somewhat) may i remind you that Berryz own Miyabi has a blood relation with an AKB girl?
(again half important) it's all part of the idol business, sometimes you have no other choice but to work WITH the competition. and there is NOTHING we can say about it, after all we're NOT the idols' managers at all.
(important part) AS I AM SAYING, ONLY H!P, NGP, UFA OR HAPPY STYLE ARE ON THIS PIC BOARD SO BEHAVE AND GET ALONG LIKE GOOD FOLKS. XD

But Team Dekaris is not related directly to H!P, unless I'm missing something here. They joined up with Happy!Style for theme songs and such. But Happy!Style's just Up-Front, right? Ehhh, now I'm confused.

Tiger Yuri: Noto Arisa is part of Team Dekaris, so they're related to H!P. The rest of the members of Team Dekaris are from Up Front's HAPPY! STYLE. :)
SI*NA, Noto Arisa, and formerly Maeda Irori have all worked with Up Front's HAPPY! STYLE, and (except Irori) still do participate in their Communication Circuit lives. (Ogura Yui also played the police Chief's daughter, and was the main vocal for the theme song, in "Kaito Reinya".)
Misawa Sachika (who is also in the picture) is not part of HAPPY! STYLE. She's an Up Front voice actress. She played the fan in "Kaito Reinya", and recently started popping up at HAPPY! STYLE Circuits and some events where Noto Arisa was present. (She was also at the last "KR" event where Reina wore the Reinya costume.)
As she's not related as much as H!S, I don't upload many Misawa Sachika photos. Mostly I just try to tag her when she pops up in a related photo. xD

Alright, thanks. That clears it up. Not gonna lie, two of those names rang no bells for me. And I don't really care for HAPPY!STYLE or Team Dekaris, so I'm not up to date with the members/groups and such, and... got confused... big time.

No, I don't care if you are Dawa's biggest fan - if you don't work for H!P directly, are an ex-member of an H!P group, or are related by blood to an official current or ex-H!P member, you cannot be in this picture. Arisa's also part of Ongaku Gatas, who was part of H!P until the Elder Club's graduation last year.
