too bad Tokyo Girl's Style's singing skills are bland and flat. they are good dancers though. But I perfer singing over dancing. :B So S/mileage wins for me.
I'll have to see what happens in a long-term because I take Maeda Yuuka and Arai Hitomi's potential very heavily. For now, I have to say, group wisely, S/mileage is better. However, individually, Konishi Ayano from TGS is better than all the girls.
I don't like S/mileage too, except Saki, and i think TGS is a great Idol Group, S/mileage needs a lot to be at their Level IMO. I think the only one who can sing is Saki.
I like the way they debuted TGS than they did S/mileage. More of like 'OMG I WANT TO KNOW THEM MORE, CAN'T WAIT!' But with S/mileage, we got four (five, but now it looks unlikely) indies, and now the 10k smile campaign. Not to mention their songs are cutesy and do good for indies sale wise, but their new single idk.
Long story short, TGS is more mainstream while S/mileage is more idol-ish/cutesy. Really, I like them both. I'll go to S/mileage when I want to get cheered up, and TGS every other time. lol
all I'm saying is you shouldn't be spouting off about how TGS is way better than S/mileage when this forum is for fans to support S/mileage and the other H!P members.
Wow, as I read the comments I totally forgot what the picture was. I thought it was a S/mileage picture. LOL
OT: This would be a really neat group. :D I want another big group. n____n (MM will forever change, and the Kids you never know. Besides, they've been around (roughly) five years. NEW big group. lol
