I like the dress, I think it's cute. Plus I definitely don't think everything needs to be form fitting/skin tght/etc.

@muscat: I don't know about GEL, but I was confused not by your decision to refer to the outfit as "maternity clothes", but by the way you "shouldn't be surprised" by it.
Made it sound like baggy, formless outfits are by far the norm for H!P or that S/mileage possesses some kind of quality for which this kind of outfit is to be expected. I'm not sure why you set up your sentence like that.
