I wonder if the young musumes basically gave up on school once they joined. Like, stopped retaining it. xD
On a UTBN, they had a conversation like that with Nakai, and he was like 'You guys need to study! Just because your Idols doesn't mean you have to give up! That's not smart!' and everyone was basically like 'buzz off shorty' lol

^ The unfortunate thing is that they don't get paid nearly enough, considering how much they make for UFA.
Kago actually struggled financially after being fired. One would think that nearly 6 years in Japan's most popular idol group would mean being wealthy, but such is not the case. Even Tsunku is underpaid by his bosses.
Hopefully, they save their money carefully. Either that or they can marry rich men.Yuko freely admits economic strength is her top priority in a man. Yossy has pondered such notions also, I think, but I suspect she is more comfortable batting for the home team.
