Umm because Mitsui was talking to Koharu. They all start off that far apart to tell them their message. Sorry they released a photo while she was talking to her. <_<

I think Mitssi and Koharu are the last to hate each other. They seem to be good friends. I think it's more of a Mitssi not knowing what to say or Mitssi not wanting to cry deal more than her hating Koharu :/
