ray charles wasn't deaf, only blind. and he died in 2004. I just wanted to pint out that i think the outfit is kinda cool xD And since Lovely I-Chan said the designer was ray charles i wanted to say that even he can make a great costume
Or in short: Yes, i meant it that way
