^ That's the federal minimum. It varies by prefecture. In Tokyo it's 17, though I gather an exception is made for 16-year-old girls, since they can marry anywhere in Japan with parental permission (without parental permission it's 20).
Anyway, a boyish look, as in this pic, is always cute. <3

Yuuka is a Slow Idol. Slow Idols, by their very nature, like older guys. The unwritten, but strictly adhered to, rule is that they have to date and potentially marry guys at least 28 years older than they are.

in my way of opinion.. i think that rule is absurd.. people who's in the right age to marry, can marry who they want.. maybe its just coincidence that lots of slow idol (just like tony said) married with older guys.. anyway i think lots of man don't have a guts to date a girl with a high reputation specially if they are same in age.. :) (except those people who got a lot of money/ son of a multi millionaire company) xD
