So I was listening to the b-side on youtube just now, and I noticed the background image:



It's of the album cover.

Is it just me, or does Kanon look like she's in pain? LOL

Whether or not a song is good really just depends on the person listening. I would like Shining Power whether or not it was sung by BK but that's just because I like to hear a song like this once in a while.

I always find it interesting when people call a song "unoriginal." Anybody care to explain to me what their definition of "original" is in relation to songs?

By the way, I kind of don't like it when people say something like "The vocals aren't very great." and just leave it at that because I don't really know what their opinion of the song is. They could think that the vocals are just average or they might think that the vocals outright suck. Or maybe I just read too much into things. In any case, I like to see explanations for opinions like those. I like to read why the person actually thinks that. Does somebody's voice annoy you? Does it sound flat? The vocal tone doesn't match the song? Blah blah blah.... Something more than just "I don't like it" unless you really can't figure out any reason and you just happen to not like it. Now I wonder if I'm a bit of a ranting hypocrite....

I hope this didn't sound like I'm attacking MOCHU. Really didn't mean to if it did.

To be honest, I find a lot of the recent releases from H!P to be unoriginal within the PROJECT.

For instance:
S/mileage's new release can be easily compared to Mano Erina's release Genkimono de Ikou!. The chance, the guitar instrumental and the dance with the chant (the part where they bend their arms.).
Dance de Bacon! and Maji Bomber! have a lot of reused dance moves in them. But, yet that was forgivable since the actual song was okay.
We all know the feud over SC, Genki Pika Pika, and NR with MM, so I'll just leave it as this: THEY'RE THE SAME. lol

The above wasn't as bad as with this current single, since they are similar to different groups. This song though sounds like Tsunku was listening to Ryuusei Boy on loop for a few weeks, and then created this song. Haha.

And as for the vocals, right off the bat when FIRST listening to the song, I thought "Something with the vocals aren't right." I thought, "Are they tired..?" But that doesn't really explain it. Momo sounds great though. Idk. It's like this is just another song. I don't know, when I listen to a new single, I want to hear "fresh!", but this time I didn't. And yeah, the girls are busy, blahblah. I understand that. But that's the emotion I get when I listened.

Overall it really reminds me of Ryuusei Boy.

You're kidding right? Only thing that's similar are the "Shining, Shining" and "Never give up, Never give up." Chorus, bridge, ect is completely different.

It's not a replica of Ryuusei Boy, but OVERALL it reminds me of Ryuusei Boy. The background vocals especially.

I just want BK to do their best, same with all the other groups in H!P. Something about BK stands out, though. And I have stated this before.
In order for me to give the best judgment, I listen as though I am an outsider. This time, the song just doesn't cut it, but that's my opinion, it's not a fact.

I do hope the PV is great . In the past the PV made the song a win. Campus Life for example. It set a tone for the song, I began to like it, and now it's one of my favorite songs from C-ute. MB with BK is the same, but I just got burnt out on MB. lol

How long do you think BK will release songs for Inazuma?

From the explanation, I imagine the lip scene to be a close up of their lips, matching the lyrics. Like a regular close up...only on their lips.

So I expect a lot of lip action? LOL

From what I got, I thought she was leaving both. I doubt she would keep a contract with UFA. But from past history, she could easily come back. Look at Konno. She left H!P and UFA, right?

It's unoriginal. The beginning reminds me of the chorus of Yattarouze! by ONGAKU GATAS. Overall it really reminds me of Ryuusei Boy.
The vocals aren't very great.
Another disco sound.
"Tired" comes to mind listening to the song.
This song just doesn't stick out. If I wasn't aware of BK and heard this on TV, I would not be attracted at all.
