^these ratings,for a drama in Japan, is under average.....
a decent rating for a drama is around 10%...
a good rating will be about 15-20%...
ratings above 20% is very rare these days in Japan but of course there are a few drama that can achieve ratings above 20%...the highest I have seen recently is the final episode of Kaseifu no Mita with 40% rating...but of course we can't truly compare other drama with Suugaku Joshi Gakuen because other factor,for example,time slot plays a role too...if it's a midnight slot we can expect the rating to be lower than the prime time slot....but still it is under average.this is my view from years of experience of watching JDrama...other people's view may differ from me.
