There's alot of folklore about the magical health benefits of eating seaweeds. Supposed to return white hair back to black if you eat enough of it Lol At least that's what my mother (who's japanese) told me once. Yeah, right

Well, "refreshing" was the adjective Yossie used. すかっと = refreshing. You usually hear that term used in a soda commercial in Japan It's not a term usually used in Japan to describe ppl. It's Yossie's unique creative usage of the term. (I guess I could imagine what the opposite of a "refreshing" person might be. A morose emo that's neurotic, depressed, inactive, and stays home all the time? So I'm just guessing a "refreshing" person might be someone who's cheerful, outgoing, athletic, clean-cut? Kato (MC) should've asked her what she meant by "refreshing", but I think ppl sort of got her drift. ) Anyhoo, I'll need to watch the rest of show and get back. Only saw the 1st few minutes. (The part where she said すかっと).
