Not sure. Probably overloaded? Or if you're using Microsoft's email (outlook/hotmail/live), that might be cause some issue. JPS posted a notice 5 months ago they had issue with those emails.

Thanks. Ordered some stuff for the first time from elineup, which will be sent to my Tenso address. Kinda nervous waiting for the order status change to "delivered" or something... Hopefully I didn't make any mistake~
