for those of you who may know I have become a fitness/health nut since August of last year. I have been working out 10 hours a week and lost weight. I have to say being fit is an entirely new experience. People are more willing to put up with your crap then wen I was out of shape, long hair, otaku, who dresses pretty badly. yes my dark ages so to speak...
