Please do! I think Tsubaki's Teion Yakedo already has my vote. Its one of the most well done H!P costumes in a while in my humble opinion. 2018 might turn out to be a really good year for costume design and we can get a good costume battle going.

It's all good and well until we get a girl whose interest is a stamp collection or something like that.

Agree with loverice. I brought this up because its like I don't really know any idol aside from Harunan and Kana and this is only because I feel that I relate to them on some level. I say let even the stamp girl nag about her hobby. I mean I wouldn't watch it but perhaps she'll gain some new stamp collector fans haha.

This opinion may be unpopular because most of us don't like to listen to topics that do not interest us, and that may be the case even if an idol is doing the speaking but.. I think the girls need to have a space to talk in depth about their interests. I know the quality of DVD Mags has improved, but even now in DVD magazines and such idols interact with each other but there's no substance to it? Which is fine when you're the one doing the interacting, or if that's kind of what you're suppose to be doing. It can get boring though and I think fans could learn more about the individual members than we do now. Kana has a good example of this working out. Shes a regular on ShineDora check where the theme of the show is one of her interests, western movies. ShineDora is an actual show so it's well done but that isn't to say H!P cant make a YouTube channel or even a H!S segment and have it turn out nicely as well. The main focus would be the topics at hand so it's hard to go wrong. Ayacho and Yamaki could chat about art together, Haruna and Kaede, manga, etc.
Idols list interests on their profile but you only ever get to hear about a lot of these interests like in their blogs, on the surface level. Its a bit regrettable, don't you think.

With most debutees being chosen from kenshuusei (Though I wonder how long that can continue..Unless it is the case that we have not an Ichioka Factory but an Ichioka48 on our hands. x.x),and the kenshuusei garnering more attention as a result, the idea of giving them their own small poll is one that i'm on board with. Perhaps it'll turn out to be a be a bust but I mean that's why this poll exist right, to measure these things? But its up to you guys.

Ethersword, tbh if it is implemented even less people will vote for KSS in the main poll as most of those few who do vote see kenshuusei as a seperate entity and just want to voice their support. The predictability of the results on the main poll are eye sore at most though and it shouldn't be too much extra work considering how few people choose to vote for them there. The trade off doesnt seem too significant for the possibility of getting to see those little surprises, as reduced as they may be.

I personally love this proposal! In polls like this if you have a few more faves than limit it can feel a bit sad. I'm all for it as long if it doesn't cause any complications for anyone.

I didn't vote in this, hope it's okay to give my 2 cents for the 2018 poll. I support adding a Favorite Kenshuusei category, for all the reasons listed above. This may just be my bias as a kenshuusei fan but the kenshuusei are such a formidable part of H!P and many people are fond of them so it would be nice to have a category for the sake of accuracy.
