HELLO! ONLINE GENERAL ELECTION 2023
Okay, another year have been passed, and finally it appears our website have been recovered. 
And finally i think it's time for our traditional annual H!O general election that we does every year since 2012.
I feel that it will be interesting to see the results just like every year and it's just for a little bit of fun,, 
And because our website finally have been recovered i think i will reinstating former categories from 2 years ago.
And to gauging for better result from the vote, i will expand the vote for categories other than Best Idol and Best Kenshuusei to 2 ranked votes,
but for Best Idol (Mandatory) will stay at 10 ranked votes and Best Kenshuusei stay at 3 ranked votes.
This year, like always in H!P we see some surprise graduation announcement but some of new faces too,
there also amazing singles and albums released by the groups, so....without further ado,let's begin.......

CATEGORIES
1. Best Idol (MANDATORY CATEGORY)
You must choose your favorite 10 members (main groups members) and ranked with top choice will get 10 points, second choice will get 9 points and so on.
These other categories are OPTIONAL
2. Best Kenshuusei
You can choose up to 3 members and ranked with top choice get 3 points, second choice get 2 points and so on.
If you only submit 2 members, then top choice will get 2 points and second choice will get 1 point.
If you only submit 1 member then only 1 point is awarded to your choice.
3. Best Group
Choose your favorite groups from current H!P lineup.
You can choose up to 2 groups and ranked with top choice get 2 points and second choice will get 1 point.
If you only submit 1 group then only 1 point is awarded to your choice.
4. Best Newcomer
Choose your favorite members who debuted in H!P this year.
You can choose up to 2 members and ranked with top choice get 2 points and second choice will get 1 point.
If you only submit 1 member then only 1 point is awarded to your choice.
5. Best Singer
Choose for members who you think is best singer or whose voice you just like.
You can choose up to 2 members and ranked with top choice get 2 points and second choice will get 1 point.
If you only submit 1 member then only 1 point is awarded to your choice.
6. Best Dancer
Choose for members who you think is best dancer or whose dancing you just like.
You can choose up to 2 members and ranked with top choice get 2 points and second choice will get 1 point.
If you only submit 1 member then only 1 point is awarded to your choice.
7. Best Visual
Choose for members who you just find visually appealing.
You can choose up to 2 members and ranked with top choice get 2 points and second choice will get 1 point.
If you only submit 1 member then only 1 point is awarded to your choice.
8. Best Personality
Choose for members who you think have most unique personality, either she is very interesting in MC, radio or TV talk or very funny in backstage video (like OMAKE channel), DVD Magazine or variety show.
You can choose up to 2 members and ranked with top choice get 2 points and second choice will get 1 point.
If you only submit 1 member then only 1 point is awarded to your choice.
