I went to check her H!P profile, and look what I found! Cover previews for all three versions



That large cover is the regular edition. Limited A upper left, Limited B upper right. I like all three of them, but I think the regular version is actually my favorite.

Okay, based off of most of what I've read through this thread, I compiled a list of the H!P related members that have been confirmed as safe, along with source tweets/blog posts.

Also, there's a couple of places you can check for other artists over at Jpopasia. Here for idols/soloists, here for J-rock artists. These links were probably posted already though.
