What? Kaede is leaving? Damn this is the first time I'm way behind on the announcement. 

 

I hope for 4 graduations as well, 9th-11th gen gotta go. 

 

The problem is: who's gonna lead the group and the whole H!P as well as Fuku-chan does right now?  Also, besides 9th - 11th gen, there's nobody in the group who has good mentoring skill to guide new members.

 

Maa-chan's graduation has left a big hole in a group, but Chel and Kitario can guide the group in terms of singing. Kaedi's graduation, and also, if Ayumin graduates, will leave a big hole in terms of dancing, and nobody can fill that hole at this moment. When Fuku-chan leaves, I cannot think of anyone who is a potential MM leader.

 

Imagine the consequence of older gen's sudden graduations by looking at Juice=Juice right now without Ruru and Reirei!

I can see Miki being a future MM leader with Maria and Yokoyan as sub-leader. Not sure how long Oda plan to stay in MM, but she's also quite suitable to be a leader, imo.

Miki could easily lead MM and H!P leader would probs go to Takechan or Aarii deapending on who's around at the time. Both have shown to be very good leaders to their group.

 Probably Fuku, Erina and Ayumi will graduate at the same time because Fuku is 26 years old now and Erina and Ayumi 25 each one. After them Oda (23) goes next because she is the same age of Miki but a previous generation and I think both are mature enough to leader the team. After them goes Maria (21) and Akane (20). Kaedii (22) leaves now and then Reina (21). I think Morning Musume is not in danger because leak of leadership, the girls are mature and talented.
